A Great Christmas Idea...Lilla Rose Hair Clips {and a giveaway!}

I have a sweet friend who is a Lilla Rose consultant.
She contacted me about doing a giveaway...and letting me try out a hair clip.
How could I say no?

Lily and I tried out our hair clip and LOVED it so much!
So affordable, comfortable, and beautiful at the same time.
Don't you think this would make a great gift?

I chose the Simple Band and thought it looked elegant and yet vintage.

The clip came in a beautiful little package :).
To select a clip, I first watched this sizing video. It is really important to get the right size to ensure the perfect fit.

You can also access the sizing page here:  http://www.lillarose.biz/HairElegance/flexi-sizing-and-styling
More videos here:  http://www.youtube.com/user/LillaRoseVideos

It wasn't hard to figure out...and lucky for us, Lily and I wear the same size!

We like messy buns and this one stayed in so tight and yet comfortably!
I really love that the pin is attached to the clip.
I always lose things like that!

We are smitten with Lilla Rose clips.
Usually, Lily only wears her hair down, but the clip is so comfortable she has been trying all kinds of new hairdos!
I love it because it goes in fast and I can use it for putting my hair up or down :).
I really need fast and easy :).

Here are a few more perks:

*They are simple to put in; they make your hair look pretty and feminine while keeping it out of your way.

*They take only seconds to put in (which is great for busy moms who still want to look nice).

*They are comfortable and won't pull your hair or dig into your scalp like plastic claw clips or barrettes, yet they are very secure; and they are extremely durable (somebody ran over one with a car, and it wasn't even damaged!), so even though they are a little pricey to start with, they will last like no other hair thing.

Here is a little about my friend, Andrea...

I'm a homeschool graduate, the oldest of 14 children, and a Christian.  I'm currently helping my family at home, volunteering at my local crisis pregnancy center, and serving God in different avenues He brings my way.  I ran across Lilla Rose on a friend's blog, and was then given a couple clips for a birthday gift.  I was sold, because they are so comfortable and pretty.  My mom and sisters loved them too (and even the 6 year old can do her hair all by herself now!).  And it actually stays in their hair (my 4 year old sister will even sleep with her clip in, and not lose it).  It's a very flexible business that I can do from home, and with no monthly requirements or fees, I can put as much or as little time into it as I want.  I hope to someday be a wife and homeschooling mother, but now is when I can work on building up a business like this to someday help my husband and be a blessing to him, while still being home and being able to put the business on the back burner as needed.

I keep seeing these on blog land and they look sooo pretty! Since I have fine hair, I find it difficult to get something that will keep it up AND something that looks nice too! These Lilla Rose clips look perfect - I hope I win...and if not, maybe I'll put it on my Christmas list! ;)

Those clips are so beautiful. If I had to chose, I would probably choose the Simple clip too...it looks so comfortable and would match with just about any outfit.

What a great idea for Christmas gifts! I am going to head over to Andrea's website this weekend to finish up Christmas shopping for Mary and Ben's teachers…these are uniquely beautiful and just perfect!

As far was winning…I love the Extra Small, Black Danglie Jet. So pretty. I love that one of these style hair clips might actually stay in my fine blonde hair!

Happy Weekend, Julia!

I have never seen these before. Thank you for introducing them to me. I love them all. Being a woman over the age of forty something, I sometimes feel pressured to have short hair. My husband has always loved my long hair so I don't dare cut it off ; ) I admit that living in the Texas heat I find myself wearing my hair in an unflattering ponytail too often. I can't wait to try these out. I even like the business opportunity. Thanks again! Sue
