OK...so I know it is still summer, but as of late it FEELS Fallish.
Crisp mornings brought this recipe.
It is perfect and a delectable morning treat or after school snack.

3/4 cup 0% Greek yogurt
2 Tbs. butter, melted
1/2 cup honey
1/2 tsp. maple extract                                                                                                                                 2 tsp. vanilla

This looks delicious - unfortunately it's way too expensive for me as a pensioner. 1/2 a cup of honey at $26,00 a kilo in New Zealand where I live. How about some tasty AFFORDABLE cookies?

These are perfect! I was just thinking of trying to find a good gluten free muffin recipe and then your post came up! YAY!!! I'm going to give these a try soon - it WAS feeling fallish here...in August, but now that it's September, it's like summer has moved back in!
